"Joker" Recap aka "Jack Skellington Tramp Stamp"

This week on the pod, we are doing some prep work for Joker: Folie a Deux by taking a trip back to 2019 when the first "Joker" was released.

But first, Marcus and Doug outline their trip to SiouxperCon, the comic-con that takes place in Sioux Falls, SD. We detail our haul including some of the friendly encouragement that takes place. We also outline how our world-building minds can be triggered by something so simple.

Then, we do a deep dive into 2019's Joker. We talk about why this movie feels so heavy as well as some of the reasons why we aren't super interested in giving it a re-watch. Marcus brings us home with a detailed prediction of what we can expect from the sequel.
